Can I use any of you themes for mobile device only, and use my current theme for all desktop users?

Yes you can certainly use one of our themes for mobile devices and a different theme for desktop users.
For example, many people use our mobile theme in conjunction with a plugin that forces mobile devices to use the theme.
We have tutorial on how to install MyBB GoMobile plugin at our blog.
